Elizabeth S. Elmore

Ms. Elmore's practice encompasses a wide variety of complex commercial litigation matters in both state and federal courts, including defense of insurance coverage, employment discrimination, breach of contract, malicious prosecution and libel, and putative class actions.  Ms. Elmore also has experience with trademark and copyright matters, international distribution agreements, and drafting and negotiating exclusive recording contracts and licensing agreements.

On a pro bono basis, Ms. Elmore represents individuals seeking political asylum in the United States.
