Elizabeth Fine concentrates her practice in a variety of complex litigation matters. Her experience includes major contract disputes, product-liability class actions, patent litigation, insurance coverage disputes, government investigations, and ERISA litigation.
While at Michigan, Ms. Fine served as note editor for the Journal of Law Reform and was a student-attorney in the University of Michigan Child Advocacy Clinic. Prior to attending law school, she was Assistant Director, Government Relations for State Policy for UJA-Federation of New York.
Ms. Fine is a co-author of ERISA Stock Drop Cases: An Evolving Standard, 38 J. Marshall L. Rev. 889 (2005).
